May be Racism will never came to an end or may be people won’t stop it. Till now there are many perspectives we have heard and frankly speaking, all we have heard only reminds us with one word-“Ugly”. What does this Ugly word actually means, is it the word that refers unattractive or hideous or repulsive.

Obviously good-looking is not an option in this term but seriously who is ugly, the ones who intentionally made remarks or the ones who actually suffer. A similar case happened on a Delta flight and not much but it surely was hit back on some serious remark. This is what happened. Words of a Physician Tamika Cross will make you re-think again on the issue, several people deal on a daily basis.

On a Delta flight, physician Tamika Cross came across such a incident when while trying to help a man in need, she faces strong racism point.

According to Tamika Cross, she was on a Delta Flight from Detroit heading to Minneapolis when a passenger became unresponsive and flight attendants called for medical help and to her surprise, she was taken aback when a flight attendant told her that we need actual physicians while she tried to help the patient.

She was hurted by the flight attendant’s point and took it to Facebook.

“I’m sure many of my fellow young, corporate America working women of color can all understand my frustration when I say I’m sick of being disrespected,” Cross wrote and her this pain was felt by many Black Doctors.

The response has galvanized black doctors to respond by posting their own credentials and faces  to show people exactly #WhatADoctorLooksLike. This trended.

#WhatADoctorLooksLike challenges stereotypical depictions of black people by showing their successes and achievements.

Delta is currently investigating the cross incident.

Even some of the black doctors tweeted to Delta with their pictures too.
